The officers were killed, but Billy somehow survived. On JBilly had managed to escape his military transport after it was attacked in the Arklay forest by someone unknown. When Billy returned home, it was to face a military tribunal for the murder of 23 innocent men, women, and children.В During the court hearing Billy pleaded guilty to the charges, and was sentenced to death. This angered the commander even more who pinned the situation on Coen. The remaining marines were ordered to round up everyone in the village in a circle where the commander had them shot.Д«illy witnessed his fellow marines murder the innocents, but refused to participate. Most of the team didnвЂ™t survive the trip to the village, and when the commanding officer learned there were no insurrectionists he was outraged. By mistake, BillyвЂ™s platoon was sent to a village on incorrect information from the command post. At some point in his military career, Billy was in Africa quelling a civil war by taking out small military operations through reconnaissance missions. His sense of justice was strong, and he moved up quickly in ranks. Prior to BillyвЂ™s sentence, he was a 2nd in command Lieutenant for the US Marine Corps. The S.T.A.R.S.В unit now turned to Billy, who they believed was responsible for everything. Bravo teamВ making a crash landing in that area the following night found the wrecked MV, BillyвЂ™s execution paperwork, and the dead soldiers on the ground who were taking Billy to Ragathon. On July 22 Billy was being transported to the Ragathon Base in the ArklayВ mountains to be executed when his transport MV, like many recent cases in the Aklay mountains, was attacked. Billy was held prisoner by the US military at the Lexson Base until his sentence was served.
